Assessing Risk
Ergonomic risk assessments are a foundational element of the ergonomics process. ErgoPlus Industrial contains a full suite of assessment tools that empower you to standardize a best practice toolset across your enterprise.
Adding Assessments
You can add new ergonomic risk assessments by clicking on the “Add New” button in the lower righthand corner of your screen or from directly inside the Job View:
Adding Images
You can add pictures of tasks being performed as part of your initial and post-improvement ergonomic assessments.
Note: Supported file types are JPG and PNG. Faces are blurred automatically to maintain the privacy of the industrial athletes performing the task.
Ergonomic Risk Assessment Training
Training for each assessment tool is built right into ErgoPlus Industrial. You can complete ergonomics training by navigating to the Education section of the app or you can click the “Learn” button inside each tool to be taken directly to the training content for that tool. Each lesson contains a video, companion guide, and data collection sheets.

ErgoPlus Industrial provides a full suite of tools to help you prioritize, design, plan, cost-justify, and complete ergonomic improvement projects.
Ergonomics isn’t just about assessments; it’s really about improvements! This improvement planning process ensures your team will follow ergonomics best practices and focus on improvements, not just assessments.

Measuring Progress
ErgoPlus Industrial makes reporting progress easy and keeps everyone in your organization up to speed and on the same page.
Worksite Ergonomics Metrics
The software automatically generates reports and tracks progress over time so you can focus on doing the work, not messing with spreadsheets. To view your worksite’s reports, just navigate to the Reports section of the app. From there, you can change the time period for each report to see changes over time.
Enterprise Dashboard
The enterprise dashboard empowers division and corporate ergonomics leaders to view analytics and reporting for each worksite in their enterprise. This is a powerful way to compare each worksite’s progress and get realtime insight in order to make smarter strategic resource allocation decisions.

Adding Team Members to Your Worksite
Adding team members to your worksite is easy. If you are a “Worksite Admin”, just navigate to Settings → Manage Team Members → Add Team Member. Enter your new team member’s name, email address, and set their permissions. Make them a “Worksite Admin” to give them permission to do things like add other team members to your worksite and assign training courses. If you don’t want them to be able to do those things, make them a “Team Member”.
Once you’ve invited a team member, they will receive an email to finish creating their account. They’ll simply need to click the link in the email and set their password to finish creating their account. Once they do, they will show up as an “Active” team member. If they fail to create their account, they will continue to show as “Pending”. For security purposes, the link to create their account is valid for 7 days. If they do not create their account within 7 days, you’ll need to remove them as a team member and reinvite them in order to generate a fresh email with a new link to create their account.
Adding Worksites to Your Account
